4. Sub Group Final Reports
Paper HITF 2/21-01-03 introduces the 3 group reports which are attached.
Annex A gives a summary of the main themes and
recommendations from each of the reports.
5. Equality Proofing Consultation
Paper HITF3/21-01-03 will be tabled at the meeting or
sent out shortly beforehand. It sets out the main points
emerging from the discussions on the draft recommendations
that are currently taking place.
6. HITF Final Report: Draft Outline
Structure
Paper HITF 4/21-01-03 sets out a draft outline structure for the Final
Report of the Task Force
Improvement and maintenance of owner-occupied
houses and flats,
Sub group A Final report
Individuals buying and selling property,
Sub group B Final report
Landlords renting property in the private
sector and the interests of tenantswho occupy those
properties,
