Construction Advice and Policy Division (CAPD) is the focal point within the Scottish Government on matters of construction procurement policy and practice providing related professional and technical support to Ministers, Accountable Officers, Clients, Programme Managers and Project Owners/Sponsors. CAPD comprises chartered construction professionals as well as advisers on the Scottish Government's Gateway Review arrangements and can provide expertise and support in a variety of ways.
