The 2013 Edition of the Technical Handbooks are now available to view or download. As intimated in 2010, a hardcopy of these documents will not be made available. Through the same amendment regulations, changes are also made to the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 and the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2005.
