Focus: "Bring your Baby" - pre-school children, their parents and guardians, in areas of multiple deprivation (focused on Ferguslie Park, Linwood, Levern Valley, Neilston, Port Glasgow, Gourock).
Objective: This project engaged with the client group to promote access to cultural activity with the joint objectives of using culture as a tool to achieve a range of social policy aims and examining the participation of 'disenfranchised' communities in cultural entitlement-setting to create meaningful opportunities. The project fed into the Community Plan, engaging various depts, regeneration companies, and exploring new leadership approaches - a 'champion'.
