Focus: Pre-5s and their parents/carers - areas in which the pathfinder ran were rural, isolated regeneration outcome areas, and coalfields (pockets of deprivation).
Objective: This pathfinder developed an approach to cultural entitlements for pre-5s and their parents/carers using cultural planning maps. Through 3 creative artistic residencies, the pathfinder aimed to increase cultural participation, empowerment and influence - and to introduce positive cultural lifestyle routines for this focus group. Cross-dept working engaged the local Community Planning Partnerships
Evaluation Plan
The plan details the main elements of the project including the inputs, outputs, their projected outcomes of the project and the way that is will be measured.
