Focus: Rural dwellers - community group mix in a predominantly rural and isolated area in East Perthshire. It embraced under-represented groups affected by high levels of unemployment and education deficit.
Objective: The project mapped the methodology and measured the impact of an approach to developing cultural entitlements in a defined geography. It enabled communities in this area to define and deliver their own cultural entitlements based around an existing project (a festival is the project's focus) to develop arts opportunities. The activity crossed Council depts and was integral to the Community Planning process.
Evaluation Plan
The plan details the main elements of the project including the inputs, outputs, their projected outcomes of the project and the way that these would be measured. A further explanation of the Evaluation Plan is given in the Evaluation Toolkit which is being updated in light of the consultants' evaluation report.
