Focus: All sections of these island communities - actively involving schools and considering needs of elderly and minority groups.
Objective: The pathfinder developed inclusive and sustainable cultural entitlements, in conjunction with the cultural strategy. It explored processes best suited to genuinely engage the local & remote communities, partner agencies and organisations in the process of developing broad-ranging cultural entitlements and new opportunities for all residents. It also involved ongoing feedback and discussion with all stakeholders during and beyond the pathfinder - including all council depts and Community Planning partners, and the Local Enterprise Company.

A further explanation of the Evaluation Plan is given in the Evaluation Toolkit which is being updated in light of the consultants' evaluation report. A link to the Toolkit will be added later: meanwhile, for anyone interested, information about the process used can be provided on request.
