Fife Council

Focus: All citizens but with a special focus on families with 0-3 year olds, vulnerable older people, adults with learning disabilities, & black and minority ethnic communities.

Objective: The piloted targeted consultation and campaigning processes to raise awareness of the entitlement agenda. It also developed a grass roots-informed cultural strategy; explored the concept of cultural entitlements for all that can overcome barriers to participation; and developed a linked 'cultural passport' initiative for all Fife's residents. Various service depts were involved, aiming to bring cultural planning seamlessly into Community Planning.

Evaluation Plan

This Pathfinder's evaluation plan may be viewed here. It details the main elements of the project including the inputs, outputs, projected outcomes of the project and the way that these would be measured. A further explanation of the Evaluation Plan is given in the Evaluation Toolkit which is being updated in light of the consultants' evaluation report. A link to the Toolkit will be added later: meanwhile, for anyone interested, information about the process used can be provided on request.
