Focus: Under represented groups from Priority Community Regeneration Areas. Participating areas (from the identified community regeneration areas) were asked to self-select.
Objective: This pathfinder examined the notion of what are the City's under-represented groups and explored their relationship with the cultural offers in the City. It explored the ways in which the concept of 'cultural entitlement' has evolved in the City, and developed a specific project targeted at certain communities to combat barriers and strengthen the level and quality of engagement from under-represented groups, through the medium of entitlements. The project also sought to link cultural planning into the Community Plan and various Council service depts.
Evaluation Plan
The plan details the main elements of the project including the inputs, outputs, their projected outcomes of the project and the way that these were measured. A further explanation of the Evaluation Plan is given in the Evaluation Toolkit which is being updated in light of the consultants' evaluation report. A link to the Toolkit will be added later: meanwhile, for anyone interested, information about the process used can be provided on demand.
Interim Report
