Focus: Areas of social deprivation - older people, rural/peripheral communities, artists and 'hard to reach' groups.
Objectives: The pathfinder used a range of innovative and cultural activities as a means of consulting with identified 'hard to reach' groups to determine a set of cultural entitlements to encompass the needs of each group. The project included plans to engage with the framework of Community Planning, and with other service areas.
This details the main elements of the project including the inputs, outputs, their projected outcomes of the project and the way that these were measured. A further explanation of the Evaluation Plan is given in the Evaluation Toolkit which is being updated in light of the consultants' evaluation report.
