Focus: Pre-5s and their parents/carers - areas in which the pathfinder will run are rural, isolated regeneration outcome areas, and coalfields (pockets of deprivation).
Objective: This pathfinder will develop an approach to cultural entitlements for pre-5s and their parents/carers using cultural planning maps. Through 3 creative artistic residencies, the pathfinder aims to increase cultural participation, empowerment and influence - and to introduce positive cultural lifestyle routines for this focus group. Cross-dept working will engage the local Community Planning Partnerships
