Focus: Rural dwellers - community group mix in a predominantly rural and isolated area in East Perthshire. It will embrace under-represented groups affected by high levels of unemployment and education deficit.
Objective: The project will map the methodology and measure the impact of an approach to developing cultural entitlements in a defined geography. It will enable communities in this area to define and deliver their own cultural entitlements based around an existing project (a festival is the project's focus) to develop arts opportunities. The activity will cross Council depts and be integral to the Community Planning process.
