Focus: Disadvantaged older people and other under-represented groups, such as disabled people and the black and minority ethnic community.
Objective: The proposal is to widen access to the arts for the most disadvantaged older people in Glasgow. Building on the success of an existing project, the pathfinder seeks to explore and address barriers to participation which prevent people from engaging with culture. Work will embrace various service depts and the local Community Planning Partnership.
