Fife Council

Focus: All citizens but with a special focus on families with 0-3 year olds, vulnerable older people, adults with learning disabilities, & black and minority ethnic communities.

Objective: The pathfinder will pilot targeted consultation, and campaigning processes to raise awareness of the entitlement agenda. It will also develop a grass roots-informed cultural strategy; explore the concept of cultural entitlements for all that can overcome barriers to participation; and develop a linked 'cultural passport' initiative for all Fife's residents. Various service depts will be involved, aiming to bring cultural planning seamlessly into Community Planning.
