Focus: Entitlements Manifesto - all sectors of the community, with a particular commitment to work in partnership with all equalities groups (e.g. black and minority ethnic, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, older people, and disabled and deprived communities).

Objective: an entitlements agenda for culture and sport will be developed and consulted on, leading to an endorsed statement with realistic delivery proposals. The project is committed to working closely in partnership with all sections of the community, while using new, tailored approaches to engage the 'hard to reach' and marginalised groups mentioned above. The project will engage the Community Planning Partnership and several council depts.

Evaluation Plan

The plan details the main elements of the project including the inputs, outputs, their projected outcomes of the project and the way that is will be measured. For further explanation of the Evaluation Plan, please see the Evaluation Toolkit.

Interim Report

This will be published in due course.

Final Report

This will be published in due course, once the Pathfinder project is completed.
