Results of the Consultation on Possibilities for Better Regulation in Plant Varieties, Seeds and Seed Potatoes

The UK consultation was issued by Defra, PVS on 11 December 2006. The purpose of the consultation was to seek the industries views on the possibility for better regulation in number of areas including national listing, seed certification, seed potato certification and plant breeders' rights. 30 responses in total were received and a summary of these responses, together with the government response, can be viewed here.
