Serving Scotland's Farmers
RPID have published a booklet called Serving Scotland's Farmers booklet, which outlines our commitments to farmers and our aims and objectives.
This booklet updates our commitments to Scottish farmers and crofters including the delivery and customer service standards set by RPID to their customers.
In line with our strategy to continue to improve scheme material, the booklet was written using plain English principles and has acquired a Crystal Mark from the Plain English Campaign. The Crystal mark is awarded to documents for their clarity.
