Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual measure of farmers' satisfaction with our administration of grant and subsidy schemes. These reports identify areas for improvement and give input to the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Annual Report.
The survey involves telephone interviews with farmers and crofters from across Scotland. It was originally commissioned in 2003 and has been repeated annually to allow benchmarking of satisfaction levels and to identify areas for improvement.
