Introduction
The CAP Annual Reports are produced annually following the recommendation of the June 2002 CAP Administration Review to issue an annual report on CAP Administration. The reports are prepared by the CAP Management Board and approved by the Agricultural Programme Board and the SEERAD Departmental Management Board every year. Each report sets out our activity and performance in CAP administration and identifies our targets for the following year.
