Appeals Against Decisions
This section sets out the procedure you should follow if you wish to make an appeal against the decision we have taken on your EU agricultural grant or subsidy claim.
If your claim has been refused or reduced, or RPID has asked you to repay funds already received, you may submit an appeal against the decision. The booklet EU Agricultural Subsidy Schemes Appeals Procedure sets out in detail when and how you should submit your appeal.
The appeals procedure covers all IACS, Agri-environment and Forestry schemes and you have 60 calendar days from the date of our decision letter to send us your appeal.
