We have two different complaints procedures:

  • appeals against decisions made with regard to your EU subsidy claims; or
  • complaints about the standard of service you have received from us.

More information about each procedure is available from the menu on the left. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us here at RPID.

Please note: If you are unsure why you have been penalised or you do not fully understand the contents of a letter, your first point of contact should be the area office that gave you the decision. They should be able to provide a fuller explanation.
