Declaration of Foot-and-Mouth Disease restricted zone

  1. In this document "Declaration" means the Declaration of a Restricted Zone by the Scottish Ministers dated 12 September 2007, and "Order" means the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Order 2006.
  2. The Scottish Ministers, in accordance with articles 5(4) and 37(5) of the Order, REVOKE the Declaration.
  3. This revocation has effect from 00:01 hours on 17 October 2007.
