How do I use CTS Online?
You can click on any of the CTS Online logos within this website or enter www.bcms.gov.uk in the address or location line of your internet browser.
To logon to the website, you need two pieces of information:
To get a user ID and password you should call the BCMS helpline on 0845 050 1234 or use the New User function on the CTS Online homepage. Your user ID and password will be sent to you by post.
You can change your password by clicking the change your password button on the CTS Online login page. Your new password must contain between 6 and 10 digits and must be a mixture of letters and numbers.
Demonstration - There is a CTS Online demonstration available which can be accessed by clicking on "Demo" from the CTS Online homepage. This will allow you to try the system and see all of its functions without actually using your own records.
You do not need a User ID and Password to use this demonstration.
