NVZ Guidance
A guidance pack entitled '
Guidelines
for farmers in nitrate vulnerable zones' is available
and was issued to all farmers with land in the designated
NVZs. This is a set of 6 booklets, including blank records
tables, that explain the requirements of the Action
Programme rules and provide stepped guidance on how to
comply with them.
An Excel
spreadsheet of the records tables is available for
farmers who keep electronic records - a
guidance note for using the spreadsheet is also
available.
A more detailed CD-ROM database version of the
Guidelines for farmers is also available - please contact

if you would like a copy.
Updates are now available to fix common problems with
the NVZ CD-ROM. These can be downloaded from the
NVZ CD-ROM
updates website.
