Evaluation of the “Tartan Week 2006” Programme [Research Publications]

The evaluation of Tartan Week 2006 was carried out by Scotinform Ltd, an independent market research company, using the Model for Evaluating Overseas Events which was developed by the Scottish Executive. In 2006 the Scottish Executive funded 15 events at Tartan Week in New York; it was a nine-day programme of events which took place primarily in New York but also in Boston and Washington DC.

KPMG follow-up report on Scottish Enterprise [Report]

KPMG were appointed to investigate and report on the accuracy of Scottish Enterprise’s 2005-06 resource budget overspend and to provide comment on the overall robustness of the financial monitoring arrangements within the organisation. That report was published on the Scottish Executive website on 24 April 2006 and contained a number of recommendations for action by Scottish Enterprise.
