This report analyses responses to the second consultation document on the use of Structural and Investment Funds in Scotland between 2014 and 2020, released in December 2013. The second consultation was issued in response to requests from stakeholders for further detail following the initial public consultation held in May 2013 and set out the outline content of the Partnership Agreement, the Structural Fund Operational Programmes and provided more detail on the proposed governance structures.
