This report summarises the responses to the three month consultation process on Development Delivery, undertaken as part of the Government’s package of planning reform measures – “Planning Reform - Next Steps”, announced in March 2012. The consultation sought the views of all sectors of the development industry in relation to current issues for facilitating development and infrastructure provision.

The consultation on development delivery is seen as Stage 1 of a two-stage process – it is intended that the initial views expressed in this consultation will inform a Stage 2 consultation, relating to more detailed proposals or measures to assist with development delivery.
