A document containing copies of the responses to the consultation on Miscellaneous Amendments to the Planning System 2012. The consultation included proposed amendments to planning requirements on pre-application consultation, the advertising of planning applications, restrictions on delegating council interest cases to planning officers for decision and a number of other more technical amendments. Responses came from a range of bodies and individuals, including: planning authorities, members of the public, community councils, developers, consultants, professional bodies, statutory agencies and non-government organisations. An analysis of the responses will be published separately.
