This consultation seeks views on proposals to further reform the right to buy in Scotland. There are 2 main policy proposals - either to move tenants with preserved right to buy onto modernised terms, or to end all right to buy entitlements. If right to buy is retained, we are also seeking ciews on some other more technical changes that could be made.
We are seeking views from anyone with an interest in this subject, on the practical, financial and equalities impact of the proposals.
