The Unified Voluntary Sector Fund (UVSF)and the CLD Head Quarters (CLD HQ) fund were reviewed by an Expert Group on the basis of a remit given by a former minister for Children and Families and endorsed by the current Minister. The Expert Group consulted through a formal consultation process and through dialogue events and meetings to secure the views of stake holders. The views of children and young people were gained through other sources.
