BUSINESS AND REGULATORY IMPACT ASSESSMENT (ANNEX 2)
9. Annex 2 of the 2011 consultation contained a partial Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) which highlighted issues we needed to explore regarding the costs and benefits of changes to PDR. This has been updated to reflect comments received in response to that consultation.
