9. Responding to the consultation
9.1 We welcome your views on the policy proposals set out in this document. We include a list of the questions we would like you to answer below.
9.2 You can reply to this consultation by completing a hard copy of the questionnaire/Respondent Information Form attached separately and sending this to:
