Analysis of 104 written responses to a public consultation exercise seeking views on how communities can benefit from renewables developments.
The Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 makes provision for the implementation of secure accommodation authorisations. The draft regulations set out the process for the chief social work officer when deciding whether to implement or not a secure accomodation authorisation or remove a child from secure accommodation. The draft regulations also set out the process for the Head of Unit (of the secure accommodation establishment) when deciding whether to consent to the placement.

Following a review on current UK-wide guidence on the managment of healthcare workers infected with HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, This consultation seeks views on recommendations from for changes to the current policy on HIV-infected healthcare workers.
The purpose of the consultation is to seek views on the offences which should be included in the order which Scottish Ministers intend to make under section 113A(6) of the Police Act 1997, as amended by the Children’s Hearing (Scotland) Act 2011, to define the information which Disclosure Scotland can access and disclose automatically whilst discharging their functions of providing criminal record checks for recruitment and other purposes.

A consultation on two sets of draft regulations from the Charities & Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
A report of the evidence review carried out to inform a review of the community pharmacy services provided under the Public Health Service (PHS) element of the Community Pharmacy contract. The study focused on two of the services provided under PHS by community pharmacies: the smoking cessation service providing up to 12 weeks nicotine replacement therapy and advice and the sexual health service providing free access to Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC).
This report describes the process employed by Marine Scotland in collaboration with The Crown Estate to develop a series of new offshore wind plan options within Scottish Territorial Waters (STW), and presents the first discussion of development potential outside STW out to 200 nm.
