Amendments to the Marine Licensing Exemptions Orders: Of the three issues that have arisen since the orders were implemented, the first is relates to the licensing of small scale removals such as sediment sampling. The second relates to the use of chemical and oil treatment substances below the surface of the sea. The third relates to the retrieval of objects accidentally deposited on the seabed.
