CHAPTER 1 - INTRODUCTION
This explanatory consultation paper seeks your views on the changes we are considering to the terms governing agreements between home-owning residents of park homes and the owners of the park home sites.

We are inviting responses to this consultation paper by 18 March 2011. We would be grateful if you would use the online response form provided or, where this is not possible, would clearly indicate in your response which questions or parts of the consultation paper you are responding to as this will aid our analysis of the responses received.
