Notes:
1. Figures have been rounded to the nearest hundred, with the exception of the Scotland Office figures which are rounded to the nearest ten.
2. Staff, previously employed in the Child Support Agency within DWP have transferred to the new Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission ( CMEC) from Q4 2008. CMEC is an Non-Departmental Public Body. However CMEC staff are included in the 'Other Civil Service' category as staff have retained their civil service contracts.
