Health Works is a review of the Scottish Government's Healthy Working Lives Strategy.
This research sets out to estimate the size of the potential market for, and assess potentially eligible owners' attitudes towards, the proposed Home Appreciation Loan. The Home Appreciation Loan was proposed in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 to provide equity based lending to help eligible owners (who would be unable to access commercial credit) meet the cost of repairs.

This learning point was developed from an event held by the Community Regeneration and Tackling Poverty Learning Network in conjunction with the Community Planning Network.
