| Description | We need your help to develop a revised Action Plan for diabetes care. The first Diabetes Action Plan, published in June 2006, set out an ambitious programme designed to bring real benefits for people in Scotland living with the condition. We need your ideas, views and aspirations for future diabetes care, that we can draw on to produce a new Action Plan. The consultation will end 22 August 2009.
