Regulatory Impact Assessment
21. A Regulatory Impact Assessment, which was prepared in relation to the 2007 Regulations, is available at www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2006/07/28132716/6. This RIA took account of existing dredging in Harbour areas and is therefore still considered up-to-date and relevant for the purposes of any amendment to the MDR.
