DescriptionThe purpose of this scoping study was to assess the feasibility of developing a Scottish Government scholarship scheme for sub-Saharan Africa. Three potential policy options were developed that both looked to understand the educational context and recognise Scotland's potential to offer a distinct mechanism for support.
