Strategic Environmental Assessment Statement

This Strategic Environmental Assessment ( SEA) Statement sets out how the findings of the SEA into the Scottish Government's consultation proposals for a Scottish Climate Change Bill have been considered and how views expressed during the consultation period have been taken into account as the Bill has been finalised and formally submitted to the Scottish Ministers for adoption as an Act of the Scottish Parliament.

The SEA Statement is a statutory requirement under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005.
