Religion- Assessment document assesses service user's religious choice including how to access to their choice within the service. Written Information provided to all service users

Nutrition - All service users are to be routinely screened for nutritional needs (MUST Tool) within Inpatient setting. Information given to CMHS to continue assessment/treatment.
