The Scottish Government would like to thank all of those that have contributed to the production of this action plan. The collaboration of territorial and special NHS Boards, Scottish Government Health and Community Care national improvement programmes, the Scottish Primary Care Cancer group, the Care Commission, academic bodies, palliative care networks and key representatives from of the voluntary sector, including voluntary hospices, national charities and umbrella bodies has been invaluable to producing this document.
