| Description | The report reviews the evidence in relation to three aspects of the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme. These are related to the experiences of international students outwith the European Economic Area (EEA) who are elligible for the scheme and looks at how effective the scheme has been at: attracting students to study in Scotland; enabling graduates to stay on after graduation to work and live in Scotland; and enhancing students' experiences of Scotland as a place to live and work.
