ANNEX 4: SURFACE WATER RESOURCES - PROPOSED CONDITION LIMITS FOR RIVER FLOWS
1. In addition to the environmental standards for river flows specified in Part B of the Scotland River Basin District (Surface Water Typology and Environmental Standards) (Scotland) Directions 2007, SEPA shall apply each of the good condition limits for river flows specified in Columns 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Table A below in relation to any river or part thereof.

New Definitions
'Q nd' means the Q n for a day in a calendar year
'Q nd - 1' means the Q n for the day before Q nd.
'Q nd - 2' means the Q n for the day two days before Q nd.
