Successful proposals

The primary focus of Scottish Government support for successful proposals will take the form of minimising the regulatory burden, which should largely be achieved through proposals being developed in partnership between the public and private sectors. There is no budget for direct Scottish Government financial support. For those proposals which are assessed to meet the objectives of SSCI there will be access to advice and support in developing the proposal further. This will include:

  • support towards masterplanning;
  • support in developing and undertaking innovative public involvement;
  • access to the services of Architecture + Design Scotland;
  • advice and support through Sust. the Lighthouse on Sustainability;
