Assessment
The Scottish Government will assess submitted proposals against the key themes outlined in this document by means of an interdepartmental team of relevant interests and key partners. The process will involve analysis of the submissions, site visits, further discussion with local authorities and proposers, and may involve engagement with specialist advisers.
Consideration will be given to the implications for the final version of the second National Planning Framework ( NPF2).
