APPENDIX B: Destinations of Scottish Primary Produce Sales in 2007
The charts are similar in terms of demand and the proportion of primary produced sourced from Scotland. The minor differences between the main (2004) chart and the updated (2007) are as follows:
- The share of sales from primary produce to households and export markets declined slightly
- The share of sales from primary produce to domestic processors increased
- Households in Scotland purchased a lower share of Scottish primary produce and a greater share of primary produce from outside Scotland
