Foreword
This report has been the result of collaborative research work of the Scottish Agricultural College ( SAC) and Pareto Consulting. The research team, which was led by Mr. Philip Leat ( SAC-Food Marketing Research), comprised Dr. Beata Kupiec-Teahan ( SAC-Food Marketing Research), Dr. Cesar Revoredo-Giha ( SAC-Food Marketing Research), Mr. David Lamb ( SAC-Food Marketing Consultancy) Mr. Patrick Hughes ( SAC-Food Marketing Consultancy) and Dr. Andrew Moxey (Pareto Consulting).
