We wish to thank everyone who assisted us during the inspection. We received a warm welcome from all we met throughout Aberdeen and within health and care services. We are grateful to those who took the time to complete the questionnaires and who participated during fieldwork. We would especially like to thank the local co-ordinator who provided excellent support to the team throughout the inspection process, and to the members of staff who assisted us during the file reading.
